We all need to be prepared for the unexpected twists and turns of life by stocking up on daily essentials, especially Food and Water. 

One thing everyone can do is learn the edible plants that are growing on your property, in your neighborhood, at local parks and parking lots. 

These are forgotten foods that can help stretch the food we already have and help save on groceries.

I will be offering workshops throughout the year so that you can learn to identify, harvest and enjoy these foods when times get tough or even if they don't!
